Seller and scope
The seller is Ossous Solutions LLC. This website describes downloadable software and workflow files. It does not currently accept payments. Enquiries do not create an order or a payment obligation.
Before purchase
We will confirm the product, features, compatibility requirements, price, applicable taxes, licence and delivery method before you agree to pay. Do not send money without those details. No subscription or recurring charge is offered through this website.
Digital delivery
Agreed products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. The order details will state the delivery channel and expected timing. Contact us if an agreed download is unavailable or a file is damaged.
Licence and third-party requirements
Use and redistribution rights are those expressly provided with the purchased product. Buying a workflow does not transfer rights in third-party software, models, source media, trademarks or generated content. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and uses are authorised.
Product limits
CSV tools support the formats and limits stated in the product description. AI outputs depend on software versions, models, hardware, inputs and settings. We do not promise a particular generated result or compatibility beyond the written requirements.
Refunds and problems
Contact us before purchase if you are unsure whether a product fits your task. If the delivered product is missing, corrupted or materially different from the agreed description, email us with the order reference so we can assess a replacement, correction or refund. Any product-specific refund conditions will be supplied before purchase. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
